A year ago today we said goodbye forever to our beautiful Amber, I can't let this day go by without remembering her. She had reached her 18th birthday the day before.
Amber knew how much she was loved and understood each of us, giving us individual attention and loving us back beyond measure.
She was exceptionally beautiful.
I don't think I will ever be able to stop missing Amber. Our recent addition to the family, little Mollie, is not a replacement, we had a space in our hearts and home and were asked by the cat rescue we support if we could take her. She came to them very thin and hungry, from under a shed, abandoned, frightened and pregnant. We will try to give her as much love as we did Amber.
