Christmas Decorations

Our tree is now indoors after a year in the garden - it's grown about 6 inches and just touches the ceiling this year:

Baubles new and old

the sacks I made for the boys when they were babies

My little snowhouse light

The felt Merry Christmas garland I made a year or two ago and
our musical gingerbread house which has a door for a daily advent chocolate to be dispensed.

I enjoy putting the decorations up gradually.
What have you been decorating with?

I will leave you with a cascade of colour hubby has arranged along the front of our house.

  3. Hi Betty how pretty. We are amazed you manage to keep the tree alive. We can never keep our little ones going they just die after going brown. Have a terrific Thursday.
    Best wishes Molly

    1. Molly were lucky last year to find a grower who dug the tree up in front of us, taking great care not to damage the roots - we potted it straight away and have watered and fed it regularly - we are amazed it hasn't died too!

  7. Looking very festive down your way. So pretty and I love the outdoor lights. I don't have to do the outdoor lighting.....my neighbour's display lights up the whole street....but very cheery on a cold dark wintry night. Speak soon. x
