Youngest Boy

Just wanted to do a quick post to show you some of the lovely pictures my 14 year old brought home of his contribution to a recent exhibition by the YMCA who held a photography workshop for youngsters.  He had never done photography before and learned digital enhancement.  He earned an award for 'Most Inspiring'.... here are a few of his pictures...

Photographs of photographs never do the picture justice, especially through plastic covers! The originals have fabulous clarity and colour.  Hope he continues his new found interest.

    1. Thankyou Molly, I am a proud mum. Autumn yes indeedy - my favourite Season - I have been painting Autumny things for another post - I have a particular longing for long walks with rescue dogs and scrappy the borrowed dog too - something about this time of the year makes me feel creative and content, I love the colours.

    1. An eye for things that others don't see Pompom, he always sees things like cracks in ceilings, a spec on a surface, a hair that's out of place on the cat! but he looks at things from funny angles and that seems to be his secret.

  10. A very well deserved award ... think you have a budding David Bailey on your hands! (showing my age now)

Love the birdsong background music too, it's probably been there for ever, I don't usually have the sound turned on, I like quiet first thing in the morning!, but loves the birds ...
