Welcome to new visitors from Paint Party Friday ......
Poppies on silk - trying out my new coloured gutta and using a nib which was given to me to play with by lovely people at Vycombe art supplies as I was struggling with the flow from the nozzle - it didn't screw on to the tube as is intended, maybe I need a bigger nib or I cut the nozzle incorrectly, but with a bit of tape I improvised and it did give a very nice neat line. Thank you!
More thistles, birds nest and clover - these are similar to the bigger silk paintings I did recently but are only 4 x6 inches - I am thinking they might make nice little lavender bags - so they will go on the 'to do' list for a bit.
